THE FARM:
The building that lodges the farm house Pratovecchio is a farmhouse Leopoldino restored and enlarged in 1899 (as attested by the tombstone in marble above the entry arc) by the Dott. Mucciarelli, one some notable of Montefollonico (in country still lives in today one some descendants.) After a century the farm, bought from the present owners, was completely restructured supplementing the conveniences of the modern world in a country environment but refined. The farm rises to the center of the grounds where, in the full respect of the biological agriculture, the olive-tree, several kinds of fruit plants and some kinds of aromatic grasses for the herbalist's are cultivated.
